The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Ola Asserlind fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fårdala FF's protests and gave Ola Asserlind a yellow card for diving instead. Fårdala FF's Gunnar Håning played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Siggman in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's Elias Vennersten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gunnar Håning narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Robin Isaksson managed to get in a good position for a shot. FF Små Gröna Män's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Isaksson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Håning breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thor Stenqvist in the 10th minute of play forced FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper Oliver Friberger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, FF Små Gröna Män's goalkeeper Oliver Friberger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thor Stenqvist. Oliver Friberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Stenqvist in the 17th minute of the match. Gunnar Håning showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Vennersten in the 19th minute of the match. FF Små Gröna Män's Oliver Friberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Trawel in the 21st minute of play. Elias Vennersten might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gunnar Håning. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Vennersten ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, Fårdala FF's Lucio Panpili dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Oliver Friberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Stenqvist in the 30th minute of play. After 31 minutes FF Små Gröna Män's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonathan Alfors who took care of the corner kick. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Oliver Friberger successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Oliver Friberger made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steve Trawel in the 36th minute. Gunnar Håning made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Siggman in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Fårdala FF got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Peru. In the 46th minute, Lucio Panpili left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fårdala FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Claes Siggman made the kick off in the second half. Steve Trawel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Oliver Friberger having to make a save. Oliver Friberger stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steve Trawel's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steve Trawel in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Friberger saved FF Små Gröna Män from getting behind. If Robin Isaksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FF Små Gröna Män were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Fårdala FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valter Hedling took the corner. The corner ended in Valter Hedling almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Fårdala FF's Gunnar Håning did a great save. Oliver Friberger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Panpili, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Steve Trawel in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oliver Friberger saved FF Små Gröna Män from getting behind. Gunnar Håning made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claes Siggman in the 74th minute. Oliver Friberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucio Panpili in the 77th minute of the match. Måns Pilgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oliver Friberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thor Stenqvist in the 81st minute of play. FF Små Gröna Män's Oliver Friberger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Steve Trawel in the 87th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Fårdala FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Alfors to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Elias Vennersten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gunnar Håning saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claes Siggman got free with Gunnar Håning in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the FF Små Gröna Män players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fårdala FF.
