Sigvard Dalkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Hurtig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes, Oliver Häger mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eciit FC and the Ellen Bow Bojs players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Eciit FC's Oliver Häger got a free kick in the 12th minute. The supporters of Ellen Bow Bojs booed when Eciit FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johan Sefastsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Talip Bayezit in the 23rd minute of play forced Eciit FC's goalkeeper Sigvard Dalkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Talip Bayezit in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sigvard Dalkvist saved Eciit FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jagad Man in the 28th minute of play forced Eciit FC's goalkeeper Sigvard Dalkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute of the match Ellen Bow Bojs got a corner. Eciit FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jagad Man ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Jagad Man got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sigvard Dalkvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 46th minute Jagad Man shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sigvard Dalkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gabriel Samuelsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Bengt-Arne Hansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eciit FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Robin Lundblad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caracakingo Hermansson having to interfere. Eciit FC's Sigvard Dalkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mats Hurtig in the 59th minute of play. Sigvard Dalkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talip Bayezit in the 63rd minute of the match. Talip Bayezit scored 1-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sigvard Dalkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ellen Bow Bojs made a substitution. Konrad Hedlund replaced Börje Wennerström. Talip Bayezit didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-2 via right post in the game's 74th minute. Ellen Bow Bojs's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement!
