Thanks to some nice moves Asdrubal Rodríguez could shoot a difficult shot in the 5th minute, which Jim Lindholm however easily saved by the left post. In the 13th minute Åhus Absolut F.C were awarded a corner. Lars Julin went to the cornerflag to take it. Lars Julin made a great header on Åhus Absolut F.C's corner, it was just that Orreboy Royals's Gordon Banke managed to reach the ball for a save. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jim Lindholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Åhus Absolut F.C from getting a goal against them. Johannes Caspersson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute Abbe Alvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gordon Banke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gordon Banke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abbe Alvin in the 24th minute of the match. Eliézer Sampaio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Jim Lindholm made a huge save. In the 30th minute, Asdrubal Rodríguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Orreboy Royals getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Kjell Arvidsson hit a great ball. Orreboy Royals's Birger Berglund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jim Lindholm in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliézer Sampaio in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jim Lindholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 43 minutes into the match, Asdrubal Rodríguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Lindholm. Åhus Absolut F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Asdrubal Rodríguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jim Lindholm proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Åhus Absolut F.C from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abbe Alvin to strike the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Åhus Absolut F.C got a freekick which was hit by Abbe Alvin. Leo Ström came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gordon Banke could save by the left post. Jim Lindholm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asdrubal Rodríguez in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asdrubal Rodríguez in the 57th minute of play forced Åhus Absolut F.C's goalkeeper Jim Lindholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Lindholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oliver Beckeman, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abbe Alvin in the 60th minute of play forced Orreboy Royals's goalkeeper Gordon Banke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jim Lindholm didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oliver Beckeman went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jim Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Magnus Törnqvist in the 70th minute of play. In the 72nd minute Karl-Magnus Törnqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Lindholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åhus Absolut F.C made a substitution. Gustaf Allbom replaced Ingvar Mellin. After 74 minutes Åhus Absolut F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Birger Berglund who took care of the corner kick. Leo Ström struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Gordon Banke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Åhus Absolut F.C. Åhus Absolut F.C's Jim Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliézer Sampaio in the 85th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Åhus Absolut F.C got a freekick which was hit by Ege Yazargil. Asdrubal Rodríguez took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jim Lindholm. Jim Lindholm dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. When the referee ended the match the Orreboy Royals players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
