Divide et impera's Helge Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Weterio in the 4th minute of play. After 8 played minutes Leo Weterio rounded Divide et impera's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Helge Emander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leo Weterio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. With a little luck, Divide et impera's Helge Emander got control of the ball when Paredes Malvido tried to sneak it across the goal line. Helge Emander stood somewhat misplaced when Leo Weterio came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 20 minute. Leo Weterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paredes Malvido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Helge Emander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Börge Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Weterio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helge Emander having to interfere. Divide et impera's Helge Emander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Weterio in the 35th minute of play. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Leo Weterio sped through Divide et impera's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Helge Emander. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leo Weterio to make the kick off. Helge Emander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Nilsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leo Weterio came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Hortlax fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Weterio couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Leo Weterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Helge Emander was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Leo Weterio sped through Divide et impera's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Helge Emander. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Börge Bengtsson during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hortlax's Kåre Fribäck was substituted for Leo Weterio. Börge Bengtsson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Helge Emander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Frøystad in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Divide et impera's goal looked a bit too open when Kåre Fribäck came free, but Helge Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hortlax's Kåre Fribäck in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 89thth minute of the game Kåre Fribäck who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Divide et impera's Helge Emander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingvar Liljeström in the 90th minute of play forced Divide et impera's goalkeeper Helge Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Min Boll cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Helge Emander was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hortlax's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
