Epifanio Iratzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Michael in the 10th minute of the match. Glen Buxton hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Jim Croce made in the 20th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Valter Siöman immediately put the ball in play. After 23 minutes, Sebastián Caniggia made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Artetas artilleri's Epifanio Iratzeder tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Sledgehammer KO's Benny Bur got control of the ball when Joakim Brandin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27th minute, Sten Sandell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Sledgehammer KO's Sebastián Caniggia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Epifanio Iratzeder narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sebastián Caniggia struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Epifanio Iratzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sledgehammer KO. Conrado Cardozo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Benny Bur made a huge save. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Artetas artilleri's goalkeeper Epifanio Iratzeder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 39 played minutes Sledgehammer KO got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Eriksen. In the 40th match minute, Sledgehammer KO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Michael to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, Joakim Brandin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Sledgehammer KO's Benny Bur. Benny Bur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Zine Bourchada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Noel Abraham to strike the kick off in the second half. Sledgehammer KO's attentive Sten Sandell managed to snatch the ball when Valter Siöman made a throw-in in the 52nd minute of the game. In the 55th minute Conrado Cardozo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benny Bur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sledgehammer KO's Sebastián Caniggia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Epifanio Iratzeder. That made the score 1-2 after 59 minutes of play. Sledgehammer KO's Aşkın Atik was substituted for Kıraç Otay. Sledgehammer KO made a substitution. Oğuz Cetin replaced Sebastián Caniggia. Sledgehammer KO's Ali Baran Korhan was substituted for Rune Fanström. Benny Bur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Abraham, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Oğuz Cetin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Iratzeder having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oğuz Cetin in the 81st minute of play forced Artetas artilleri's goalkeeper Epifanio Iratzeder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Epifanio Iratzeder was a little too slow when Oğuz Cetin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 2-4. Sledgehammer KO's Mathias Danielsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leon Russel, made in the 91st minute of the game. When Sledgehammer KO's Oğuz Cetin in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Artetas artilleri's goalie prevented a goal. In the 96th match minute, Sledgehammer KO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Saleh to maneuver through the defense. The Sledgehammer KO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sledgehammer KO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
