The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Angel Arnalt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SoPpÅkArNa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sledgehammer KO the free kick. Joel Kruuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 9 minutes into the game, SoPpÅkArNa's Fredrik Bergman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benny Bur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The audience was convinced that Antonello Sarnelli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benny Bur was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. In the 14th minute Sebastián Caniggia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Kruuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sebastián Caniggia in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Kruuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 20 minutes into the match, SoPpÅkArNa's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastián Caniggia came free, but Joel Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastián Caniggia struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Joel Kruuse didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sledgehammer KO. Joel Kruuse showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastián Caniggia, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute Filiph Odeen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benny Bur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the SoPpÅkArNa defense, Sebastián Caniggia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Kruuse. The SoPpÅkArNa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Kruuse should have stopped the shot. After 44 minutes of play, Sledgehammer KO's Sebastián Caniggia made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Kruuse was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sledgehammer KO's Sebastián Caniggia got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Wilmer Österlund made the kick off in the second half. SoPpÅkArNa's Joel Kruuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Michael in the 52nd minute of play. SoPpÅkArNa's Antonello Sarnelli got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. SoPpÅkArNa's Joel Kruuse played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastián Caniggia in the 57th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, SoPpÅkArNa's goal looked a bit too open when Mathias Danielsson came free, but Joel Kruuse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias Danielsson in the 59th minute of play forced SoPpÅkArNa's goalkeeper Joel Kruuse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. But to his dismay, Sebastián Caniggia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Sledgehammer KO made a substitution. Ali Baran Korhan replaced Rune Fanström. SoPpÅkArNa made a substitution. Simon Henriksson replaced Fredrik Bergman. Sledgehammer KO's Aşkın Atik was substituted for Kıraç Otay. Sledgehammer KO's Oğuz Cetin got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sledgehammer KO's Mathias Danielsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ivan Torres, made in the 79th minute of the game. If Oğuz Cetin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oğuz Cetin in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joel Kruuse prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Oğuz Cetin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joel Kruuse having to make a save. In the 87th minute Oğuz Cetin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Kruuse saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Oğuz Cetin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joel Kruuse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oğuz Cetin in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes SoPpÅkArNa got a freekick which was hit by Jelmer Bos. In the 96th minute, Oğuz Cetin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sledgehammer KO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sledgehammer KO had won after a very even match.
