Sebastián Caniggia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adilson do Vale having to make a save. Åke Ahlbecks short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Benny Bur to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Al-Slottshöjden players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
