The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kennet Emander didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lufsarna's Arvin Linberg shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Arvin Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Mikhail Agutin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kennet Emander saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14thth minute of the game Arvin Linberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Roma's Kennet Emander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alvin Hermansson hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Kennet Emander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arvin Linberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the match, Per-Olof Lindberg notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Roma's Kennet Emander. Kennet Emander was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the match, Roma's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Olof Lindberg came free, but Kennet Emander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Arvin Linberg made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Roma's Kennet Emander tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th match minute, Lufsarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Tham to maneuver through the defense. If Arvin Linberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 30 minutes, Orvar Tham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lufsarna and the Roma players grew even worse after the yellow card. Orvar Tham hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Ingvar Bruhn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kennet Emander was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. After 39 minutes of play, Lufsarna's Arvin Linberg made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kennet Emander was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd match minute, Lufsarna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orvar Tham to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Per-Olof Lindberg sped through Roma's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Kennet Emander. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-8 lead.

The wind increased when Arvin Linberg made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Per-Olof Lindberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lufsarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per-Olof Lindberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lufsarna's Arvin Linberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Kennet Emander made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arvin Linberg in the 57th minute. After 58th play minutes Arvin Linberg shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Kennet Emander and just under the crossbar into goal. Lufsarna made a substitution. Sven-Arne Kruuse replaced Christoffer Engman. Arvin Linberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kennet Emander came out and tried to block the shot, but Arvin Linberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 63rd minute. Kennet Emander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arvin Linberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 65 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 68 minutes, Kennet Emander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 69 minutes into the game, Arvin Linberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kennet Emander. Arvin Linberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. 75 minutes into the game, Lufsarna's Ingvar Bruhn nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kennet Emander made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. From close distance Arvin Linberg pressed in the 0-15 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 80 minutes into the game. Kennet Emander was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Arvin Linberg capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arvin Linberg really showed his touch with that goal: 0-16. Kennet Emander was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arvin Linberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-17 in the 87 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arvin Linberg in the 90th minute of play forced Roma's goalkeeper Kennet Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lufsarna's Ingvar Bruhn got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kennet Emander didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arvin Linberg went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-18 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Roma's Herbert Asmundsson got a free kick in the 96th minute. Kennet Emander made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Ingvar Bruhn sent off a good shot on target.
