Mellansels stationsgäng's Sverker Larsson quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Marcus Nordström, made in the 29th minute of the game. Evert Ahlrot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jörgen Sjöman made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the match Meadow Village got a corner. Alex Lundkvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mellansels stationsgäng. Alex Lundkvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sverker Larsson went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Sverker Larsson hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, Mellansels stationsgäng's goalkeeper Jörgen Sjöman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mårten Kristiansson. Jörgen Sjöman made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Evert Ahlrot sent off a good shot on target. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evert Ahlrot to make the kick off. Jörgen Sjöman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas Sabóia, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Jörgen Sjöman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jarbas Sabóia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
