A beautiful save bye BK Bomben's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Arvid Carlsson put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of August Lundström. If Arvid Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Linköpings AIK fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Linköpings AIK's Julien Staffelbach looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, BK Bomben's August Lundström got control of the ball when Arvid Carlsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, BK Bomben's goal looked a bit too open when Arvid Carlsson came free, but August Lundström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th match minute, BK Bomben was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvald Vennerberg to maneuver through the defense. Arvid Carlsson struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. August Lundström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Linköpings AIK. August Lundström came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Linköpings AIK's Julien Staffelbach. But to his dismay, Julien Staffelbach quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. The Linköpings AIK fans' excitement grew in the 20th match minute when Linköpings AIK's Arvid Carlsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Arvid Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. August Lundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Arvid Carlsson put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of August Lundström. In the 28th play minute Arvid Carlsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised August Lundström. 6-0. August Lundström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Julien Staffelbach showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 31 minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Julien Staffelbach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of August Lundström. BK Bomben's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julien Staffelbach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. August Lundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arvid Carlsson's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes of play, Linköpings AIK's Julien Staffelbach made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. August Lundström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 42nd minute, Bo Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Arvid Carlsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Linköpings AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. A hard shot 47 in the game by Julien Staffelbach from a close distance when the talented August Lundström managed to make a qualified save. BK Bomben's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 10-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kevin Berglund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Erik Tunander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BK Bomben's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Linköpings AIK the free kick. Arvid Carlsson took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised August Lundström. August Lundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. The Linköpings AIK fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Linköpings AIK's Arvid Carlsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 12-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the BK Bomben defense, Julien Staffelbach kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of August Lundström. The BK Bomben fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that August Lundström should have stopped the shot. August Lundström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julien Staffelbach went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. August Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julien Staffelbach in the 66th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arvid Carlsson in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg August Lundström saved BK Bomben from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arvid Carlsson in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck August Lundström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julien Staffelbach fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without August Lundström having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Kevin Berglund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jan-Erik Lundqvist went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Fabrício Castanheira managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. August Lundström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arvid Carlsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 95 minutes into the match, Arvid Carlsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of August Lundström. BK Bomben's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arvid Carlsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 16-0. When the referee ended the match the Linköpings AIK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
