The supporters of NovaStella FK booed when The Swedish Nightmare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isak Bruhn didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the The Swedish Nightmare fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi couldn't finish the play. Viktor Häll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ture Ahlstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 25th minute Kristoffer Ek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Viktor Häll made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Ture Ahlstedt sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ture Ahlstedt in the 35th minute of play forced NovaStella FK's goalkeeper Viktor Häll to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute Sivert Borre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Åström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Inocencio Lorien almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Swedish Nightmare's Edgar Åström did a great save. Inocencio Lorien took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Åström. Edgar Åström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ahmet Kutsi Hanbeyi hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ture Ahlstedt made the kick off in the second half. Edgar Åström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Lorien in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match NovaStella FK got a corner. The Swedish Nightmare's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Inocencio Lorien ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a little luck, The Swedish Nightmare's Edgar Åström got control of the ball when Marcu Pantelimon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inocencio Lorien in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Åström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, The Swedish Nightmare's goal looked a bit too open when Marcu Pantelimon came free, but Edgar Åström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Viktor Häll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hjalmar Backlund in the 75th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in The Swedish Nightmare's zone, Inocencio Lorien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Åström came out of the goal and Inocencio Lorien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. NovaStella FK made a substitution. Roman Lluciano replaced Kristoffer Ek. 87 minutes into the match, The Swedish Nightmare's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Lorien came free, but Edgar Åström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Ture Ahlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Viktor Häll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dolfo Clemente in the 92nd minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
