Ludomil Topolski started the match with the kick off. In the 4thth minute of the game Per Tunström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mosjö Sportklubb's Lei Zhen De was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Magne Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludomil Topolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match Mosjö Sportklubb got a corner. Rönnöfors FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ola Martinsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ludomil Topolski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Gunnarsson having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Mosjö Sportklubb's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Fagerberg came free, but Lei Zhen De reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lei Zhen De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Tunström in the 17th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludomil Topolski in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Magne Gunnarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Henry Fagerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lei Zhen De having to interfere. Mosjö Sportklubb's Lei Zhen De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Stenberg in the 25th minute of play. In the 34th minute Ludomil Topolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dalton Bennett who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Magne Gunnarsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lei Zhen De showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Tunström in the 36th minute of the match. Ludomil Topolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mosjö Sportklubb's Lei Zhen De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Stenberg in the 44th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Henry Fagerberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Rönnöfors FF getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Sigvard Biörnberg hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Mosjö Sportklubb's Ola Martinsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Magne Gunnarsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 60 minutes into the game, one of Rönnöfors FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Magne Gunnarsson had in the 61stth minute some difficulties stopping Arne Holmberg's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Henry Fagerberg struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Lei Zhen De didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rönnöfors FF. Lei Zhen De made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per Tunström in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th minute Henry Fagerberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lei Zhen De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute, Rönnöfors FF's Henry Fagerberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lei Zhen De. Lei Zhen De yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Mosjö Sportklubb made a substitution. Arnold Mühren replaced Richard De Greef. Rönnöfors FF's Torsten Åman was substituted for Wiktor Dahlman. In the 77th match minute, Rönnöfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bertil Hellgren to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Arnold Mühren sped through Rönnöfors FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Magne Gunnarsson. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalton Bennett in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Henry Fagerberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lei Zhen De. That made the score 1-2 in the 89 minute of play. Sten Hökqvist hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnold Mühren in the 95th minute of play. Rönnöfors FF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
