The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 played minutes Börna Bulldogs got a freekick which was hit by Kasper Persson. After 4 minutes of play, Di Röe's Sten Melberg made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Roger Ekrot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Börna Bulldogs's Roger Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Börna Bulldogs from getting a goal against them. Börna Bulldogs's defense didn't have a chance, in the 9th minute, when Sten Melberg scored to the left of an out of position Roger Ekrot, making the score, 2-0. Sten Melberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roger Ekrot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sten Melberg in the 14th minute. Börna Bulldogs's Roger Ekrot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Börna Bulldogs from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the match, Di Röe's Sten Melberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roger Ekrot narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes in the game, Sten Melberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Roger Ekrot having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Sten Melberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roger Ekrot. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. Sten Melberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Roger Ekrot having to make a save. In the 27th minute Sten Melberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Roger Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Melberg. After 32 minutes Börna Bulldogs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Herman Benett who took care of the corner kick. 42 minutes into the match, Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Roger Ekrot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sten Melberg. Roger Ekrot stood somewhat misplaced when Sten Melberg came free in front of goal and shot 6-0 to the left of him in the 48 minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gottfrid Boman to make the kick off. George Kristiansson was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Henrik Godholm capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrik Godholm really showed his touch with that goal: 6-1. Gunnar Liknes kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Roger Ekrot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sten Melberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 59th minute, Sten Melberg made a precise shot to the right of Roger Ekrot. Börna Bulldogs's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. Roger Ekrot came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Sten Melberg. But to his dismay, Sten Melberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Di Röe made a substitution. Romeo Gologan replaced Sten Melberg. Di Röe's Ivan Drake was substituted for Edu Loss. Di Röe made a substitution. Arnaldo da Fonseca replaced Elliot Kellbom. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt Björnsson got free with George Kristiansson in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Börna Bulldogs fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 70th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Di Röe a penalty, 72 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arnaldo da Fonseca, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Börna Bulldogs's Roger Ekrot. 9-1. In the 77th minute Romeo Gologan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Gologan in the 79th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Roger Ekrot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roger Ekrot came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Di Röe's Arnaldo da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Arnaldo da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. In the 83rdth minute of the game Romeo Gologan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Börna Bulldogs's Roger Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gunnar Liknes hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the match, Ivan Drake notched a goal, 11-1, to the right of Börna Bulldogs's Roger Ekrot. Roger Ekrot was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kasper Persson hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Herman Benett's long shot made the audience stand up and applaude when it rumbled by Roger Ekrot on his right side and into the goal. 92 minutes into the game it was 12-1. Henrik Godholm kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Romeo Gologan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Roger Ekrot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Di Röe walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
