Spectators: 9282 (Terracing: 6963, Seating: 2135, VIP seats: 184) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sven-Ove Stål took the kick off in the first half of the match. 3 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Stål came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute Markus Wallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfons Sjö saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Surahammar were awarded a corner in the 10th minute after Garsås IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrian Kodzhabashev took the corner. Jan Lindström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Ove Stål in the 11th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Radamel Oakley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Surahammar's supporters rose to their feet, but Radamel Oakley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfons Sjö breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mark Brovall made in the 21st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Garsås IF's Göran Lindholm. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Ove Stål got free with Jan Lindström in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Garsås IF fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Garsås IF's Sven-Ove Stål looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Alfons Sjö took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Surahammar were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Garsås IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adrian Kodzhabashev took the corner. Radamel Oakley took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfons Sjö. Alfons Sjö dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 37 played minutes Surahammar got a freekick which was hit by Mark Brovall. Alfons Sjö made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Radamel Oakley made a kick off. Radamel Oakley in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alfons Sjö, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 55 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Bror Ståhlman came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Garsås IF's Bror Ståhlman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Santxol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfons Sjö having to make a save. Alfons Sjö yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The Surahammar players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
