The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Algot Myr made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ken Golang sent off a good shot on target. BK Tåfjutt's Maximilian Lundberg managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ahmet Gündüz Şenol in the 6 minute of the game. Algot Myr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jörn Barck in the 9th minute. If Ken Golang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Ture Alström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Algot Myr. That made the score 1-1 in the 17 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörn Barck in the 22nd minute of play forced Hockeysnubbarnas BK's goalkeeper Algot Myr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hockeysnubbarnas BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kosmas Charalambakis was slow to take the kick. During this time BK Tåfjutt's players had a chance to rest. 30 minutes into the game, Inko Colillas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Hampus Vall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tzvetan Mudrov struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute, Ken Golang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BK Tåfjutt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. BK Tåfjutt's Jörn Barck got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inko Colillas during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an all-out effort, BK Tåfjutt's Algot Myr threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Jörn Barck, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 46 minutes into the match, BK Tåfjutt's goal looked a bit too open when Inko Colillas came free, but Hampus Vall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Karol Magdziarz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Algot Myr was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hockeysnubbarnas BK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
