In the 30thth minute of the game Loco Durazno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Med Gang FC's Nils-Erik Jonsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Cornel Todericiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bebben Johansson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Nils-Erik Jonsson made a huge save. The supporters of Med Gang FC booed when Golden Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Termander didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nils-Erik Jonsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebben Johansson in the 39th minute of play. Huang Jian Peng's late challenge caught a Golden Lions FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 90th match minute, Golden Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcelo Steven to maneuver through the defense. Qi Liang took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anders Lundqvist. Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Med Gang FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Med Gang FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
