The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gwidon Wielgopolski made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Kent Gustafsson sent off a good shot on target. Jerzy Brataniec hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Kent Gustafsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gwidon Wielgopolski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Grabianka booed when Dzieci Lasu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tymoteusz Ziemba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Milosz Wierzcholek might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gwidon Wielgopolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Milosz Wierzcholek ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Gwidon Wielgopolski managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Grabianka's Zbyszek Trzenzalski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpected shot in the 17th minute by Zbyszek Trzenzalski got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Grabianka getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Zbyszek Trzenzalski hit a great ball. Zbyszek Trzenzalski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Gwidon Wielgopolski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Bernard Dresik took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwidon Wielgopolski. Gwidon Wielgopolski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Jerzy Brataniec scored 1-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Slaveyko Chalúmov, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Edward Oleszak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Slaveyko Chalúmov. Grabianka's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Oleszak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Jerzy Brataniec charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerzy Brataniec the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Grabianka booed when Dzieci Lasu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Brataniec didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Jerzy Brataniec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dzieci Lasu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jerzy Brataniec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Slaveyko Chalúmov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Oleszak in the 46th minute of play. If Tanek Henryk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zbyszek Trzenzalski made a kick off. Gwidon Wielgopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zbyszek Trzenzalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Grabianka's Slaveyko Chalúmov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Grabianka from getting a goal against them. Kent Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Wielgopolski having to interfere. The supporters of Dzieci Lasu booed when Grabianka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kent Gustafsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gwidon Wielgopolski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kent Gustafsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 69th minute, Dzieci Lasu's Edward Oleszak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Slaveyko Chalúmov. Slaveyko Chalúmov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Gwidon Wielgopolski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbyszek Trzenzalski in the 76th minute of play. When Kent Gustafsson came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Grabianka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kent Gustafsson couldn't finish the play. Zbyszek Trzenzalski might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gwidon Wielgopolski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zbyszek Trzenzalski ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Dzieci Lasu's zone, Zbyszek Trzenzalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gwidon Wielgopolski came out of the goal and Zbyszek Trzenzalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kent Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwidon Wielgopolski having to interfere. After 96 minutes, Zbyszek Trzenzalski made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Dzieci Lasu's Gwidon Wielgopolski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Dzieci Lasu were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Grabianka's much stronger midfield.
