The audience thought a goal was coming when Bartosz Barna got free with Edmund Rukszcz in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teobald Zywiec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marian Winnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Koncewizna booed when Fat Thumbs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hieronim Tyszka didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 55th minute Bartosz Barna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Rukszcz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fat Thumbs's Aleksander Murdza got a free kick in the 56th minute. Bartosz Barna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 67 minutes of play, Koncewizna's Edmund Penkalski made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmund Rukszcz was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Fat Thumbs booed when Koncewizna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szczepan Fleszar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Milosz Brak fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
