The referee showed Hugon Turek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Jonne's Hugon Turek got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Jonne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Turek to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of LECH POZNAŃ booed when Jonne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugon Turek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harry Adelsköld could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Juliusz Kalak made a huge save. Juliusz Kalak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zbigniew Sierocki in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Jonne getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Hugon Turek hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, LECH POZNAŃ's Harry Adelsköld dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Roland Osowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Biegun in the 45th minute of play. Roland Osowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Turek, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zbigniew Sierocki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the LECH POZNAŃ defense, Sylwester Sokolski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Roland Osowski. The LECH POZNAŃ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Roland Osowski should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zbigniew Sierocki in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juliusz Kalak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th minute, Hugon Turek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Adelsköld in the 63rd minute of play forced Jonne's goalkeeper Juliusz Kalak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 65 minutes, Zbigniew Sierocki made it 3-3 with a short kick to the right side. Jonne's Juliusz Kalak tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 70 minutes into the game, Zbigniew Sierocki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Juliusz Kalak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The LECH POZNAŃ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. Juliusz Kalak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zbigniew Sierocki in the 86th minute of the match. Zbigniew Sierocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juliusz Kalak having to interfere. The supporters of Jonne booed when LECH POZNAŃ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zbigniew Sierocki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Roland Osowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sylwester Sokolski in the 92nd minute. In the 95th minute, Zbigniew Sierocki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LECH POZNAŃ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-3.
