Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Krzysztof Lichorobiec started the match with the kick off. Tolek Kluska sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 6th minute Tolek Kluska shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobiasz Wincek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Devils Reda's Tobiasz Wincek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Bator in the 15th minute of play. Neuwiesen's Olgierd Orszak proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Neuwiesen from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Jan Nocny kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olgierd Orszak. That made the score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Aureliusz Rekowski hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes, Devils Reda's Cezary Patora shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Olgierd Orszak came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Devils Reda reached it. Krzysztof Lichorobiec struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Olgierd Orszak didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Devils Reda. 31 minutes into the game, Neuwiesen's Edgar Bator nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tobiasz Wincek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Jerzy Banach made in the 39th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Wasyl Andrysiak immediately put the ball in play. Jan Nocny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Olgierd Orszak made a huge save. When Edgar Bator fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neuwiesen's protests and gave Edgar Bator a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th match minute, Neuwiesen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Bator to maneuver through the defense. Olgierd Orszak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krzysztof Lichorobiec's shot from short distance in the 47th minute.

After 68 minutes, Juliusz Szel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Devils Reda and the Neuwiesen players grew even worse after the yellow card. Czeslaw Beninda shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Tobiasz Wincek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edgar Bator in the 79th minute. Edgar Bator came free in the 82nd minute and tried to tip the ball over Tobiasz Wincek, but to the joy of Devils Reda's supporters the ball went over. After a defensive mix-up in Neuwiesen's zone, Krzysztof Lichorobiec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olgierd Orszak came out of the goal and Krzysztof Lichorobiec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Czeslaw Beninda kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. When Devils Reda's Krzysztof Lichorobiec in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Neuwiesen's goalie prevented a goal. Jan Nocny recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olgierd Orszak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezary Patora in the 97th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Devils Reda failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
