Stanislaw Filipkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damazy Bazan, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Republika InterNetowych's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Kensicki came free, but Lennart Ahlerot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Wirów was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Wojton to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Wirów defense, Marcin Kapera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stanislaw Filipkowski. The Wirów fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stanislaw Filipkowski should have stopped the shot. Eugeniusz Ciborek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stanislaw Filipkowski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Kensicki in the 23rd minute of play forced Republika InterNetowych's goalkeeper Lennart Ahlerot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Dominik Kolbert could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Lennart Ahlerot however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eugeniusz Ciborek in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stanislaw Filipkowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugeniusz Ciborek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damazy Bazan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Republika InterNetowych booed when Wirów was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karol Wojton didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Fernan Azibar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lennart Ahlerot. The goal made the score 1-1. Dominik Kolbert struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Lennart Ahlerot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wirów. In the 47th minute, Rafal Kensicki reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lennart Ahlerot. The goal made the score 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rafal Kensicki made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugeniusz Ciborek in the 56th minute of play forced Wirów's goalkeeper Stanislaw Filipkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Florian Molski took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Stanislaw Filipkowski to make any attempt to save it. Republika InterNetowych's Lennart Ahlerot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Azibar in the 66th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Eugeniusz Ciborek put it in 2-3 from a short distance just to the right of Stanislaw Filipkowski. Patryk Januszewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wirów made a substitution. Zygmunt Zbytniewski replaced Dominik Kolbert. Republika InterNetowych's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
