He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Koben reached it. Waclaw Hodas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Rydzewski in the 25th minute of play. Gwidon Dlugi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miromir Nakoneczny having to interfere. In the 32nd minute of the match Taabern got a corner. Koben's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Andrzej Gleba ran over to the corner to take the kick. Taabern's Andrzej Gleba was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Miromir Nakoneczny in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernard Klimkiewicz succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gwidon Dlugi got free with Miromir Nakoneczny in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gwidon Dlugi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miromir Nakoneczny having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bernard Klimkiewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Taabern's Waclaw Hodas got control of the ball when Cezary Cwynar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miromir Nakoneczny showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Klimkiewicz in the 54th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Gwidon Dlugi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taabern's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gwidon Dlugi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gwidon Dlugi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Taabern had played much better football throughout.
