The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristian Berg got free with Zachary Kaczanka in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Wenecia booed when Przybymierz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zachary Kaczanka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Miromir Wieloch's late challenge caught a Przybymierz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miromir Wieloch helped the player get up and apologised. Miromir Wieloch kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Zachary Kaczanka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atanas Dzhamalov, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute.
