When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Edward Basinski put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dariusz Furlit. The supporters of Kolejowy Klub Sportowy booed when Marcinów Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Basinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobald Skrzypiec got free with Dariusz Furlit in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Kolejowy Klub Sportowy's Dariusz Furlit got control of the ball when Teobald Skrzypiec tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcinów Team played a much better game than Kolejowy Klub Sportowy and deserved their victory. The Kolejowy Klub Sportowy players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
