In the 19th minute Sylwester Pilipiec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugon Drugi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marian Pyczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Wasyl Solarek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Baborowo SSA's Hugon Drugi threw himself towards the right post 24 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sylwester Pilipiec, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Broszków's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Broszków's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Baborowo SSA the free kick. A collision led to Baborowo SSA getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Szymon Cichewski hit a great ball. Marian Laba struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Zbyszek Motowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Broszków. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roman Kasiewski in the 36th minute of play forced Baborowo SSA's goalkeeper Zbyszek Motowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Broszków's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sylwester Pilipiec 41 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. 47 minutes into the game, Marian Laba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Zbyszek Motowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Roman Kasiewski made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucjan Mudry during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lucjan Mudry hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Marian Pyczkowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baborowo SSA's Zbyszek Motowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Baborowo SSA from getting a goal against them.
