Spectators: 7251 (Terracing: 5440, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Wittbach SSA's Iwo Pusiak started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valérien Dziub was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Pusiak in the 16th minute of play forced Stalówka's goalkeeper Valérien Dziub to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Iwo Pusiak fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Valérien Dziub, passed just outside the right post. If Zachariasz Osowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafal Mis got free with Valérien Dziub in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Wittbach SSA's zone, Zachariasz Osowski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Krzysztof Wieck came out of the goal and Zachariasz Osowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Billy Van Haeght fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krzysztof Wieck having to interfere. Tytus Tomaka hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After 46 minutes of play, Stalówka's Wasyl Tamulewicz made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Krzysztof Wieck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Wittbach SSA's Krzysztof Wieck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wasyl Sawicki in the 52nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Stalówka's Wasyl Tamulewicz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Krzysztof Wieck. That made the score 2-2 after 55 minutes of play. When Bartosz Pozorski fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wittbach SSA's protests and gave Bartosz Pozorski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Stalówka booed when Wittbach SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartosz Pozorski didn't get a good kick on the ball.
