Leon Olejniczak's late challenge caught a Unia Brzyszczki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Olejniczak helped the player get up and apologised. Carlos Henriques fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Koprowski having to interfere. If Erinç Taner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erinç Taner got in the 20th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Herbert Koprowski handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Unia Brzyszczki's Emil Korytkowski got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carlos Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Erinç Taner came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Unia Brzyszczki fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erinç Taner couldn't finish the play. Carlos Henriques's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Herbert Koprowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Emil Korytkowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Herbert Koprowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Henriques couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Unia Brzyszczki booed when Unthinkable was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgar Bielenda didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaw Prokowski in the 30th minute of play forced Unthinkable's goalkeeper Herbert Koprowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Herbert Koprowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustaw Prokowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Erinç Taner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erinç Taner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Herbert Koprowski having to make a save. If Gustaw Prokowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unia Brzyszczki's Carlos Henriques was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 65th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 68th minute, Carlos Henriques got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Unia Brzyszczki's supporters rose to their feet, but Carlos Henriques was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herbert Koprowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carlos Henriques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ulryk Marchlewicz fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Unthinkable's protests and gave Ulryk Marchlewicz a yellow card for diving instead. Herbert Koprowski came out of the goal and Emil Korytkowski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustaw Prokowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Koprowski having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Emil Korytkowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Herbert Koprowski to make any attempt to save it. Herbert Koprowski made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Carlos Henriques sent off a good shot on target. Miroslaw Waldoch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanek Kolbe having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Boruc Penc hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute Wit Noworolnik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Kolbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tanek Kolbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslaw Waldoch, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Unia Brzyszczki's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
