The referee ignored Damitz's protests and gave Patryk Sidorowicz a yellow card for diving instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Walery Rutkowski to make the kick off. Zbigniew Praski hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Damitz players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
