The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Klement Serwach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Krzysztof Miazga's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Klement Serwach was a little too slow when Aureliusz Moczkiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Krzysztof Miazga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the game, Dawid Imbor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ignacy Zworski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute of the match Grzegorz Nowakowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ignacy Zworski showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Radowit Kosmatka kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Aureliusz Moczkiewicz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Klement Serwach having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Dawid Imbor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karpowicze's supporters rose to their feet, but Dawid Imbor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacy Zworski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ignacy Zworski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wieslaw Drab in the 38th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zbyszek Babicki during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ignacy Zworski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wieslaw Drab went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Krzysztof Miazga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klement Serwach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliusz Moczkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Krzysztof Miazga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Wieslaw Drab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karpowicze's supporters rose to their feet, but Wieslaw Drab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacy Zworski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 56 played minutes EloByku got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Babicki. Ignacy Zworski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dawid Imbor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Karpowicze's Sylwester Czech got a free kick in the 60th minute. Radowit Kosmatka missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 61 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Klement Serwach right hand side. After 63 played minutes EloByku got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Babicki. After a defensive mix-up in EloByku's zone, Dawid Imbor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ignacy Zworski came out of the goal and Dawid Imbor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Karpowicze's Wieslaw Drab dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 73rd minute Aureliusz Moczkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Klement Serwach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aureliusz Moczkiewicz in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klement Serwach saved Karpowicze from getting behind. 77 minutes into the game, EloByku's Aureliusz Moczkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Klement Serwach made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 82ndth minute of the game Aureliusz Moczkiewicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karpowicze's Klement Serwach was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 84 played minutes EloByku got a freekick which was hit by Radowit Kosmatka. EloByku's Ignacy Zworski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dawid Imbor in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Ziemowit Pahucki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice moves Wieslaw Drab could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Ignacy Zworski however easily saved by the left post. The EloByku manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Karpowicze to win.
