After the first half VSC™ Need for Speed were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ryszard Cymbal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Koprowski in the 57th minute of the match. Edward Rasiak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Pisarcik in the 59th minute of play. VSC™ Need for Speed's Przemyslaw Turak got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ensar Özbay got free with Edward Rasiak in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edward Rasiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Pisarcik, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 75 minutes into the game, Ensar Özbay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edward Rasiak. A collision led to VSC™ Need for Speed getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Przemyslaw Turak hit a great ball. Leonard Bochinski took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ryszard Cymbal. VSC™ Need for Speed's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Pisarcik in the 95th minute of play forced Wilsznia SA's goalkeeper Edward Rasiak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 97th minute of the match, Ensar Özbay got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edward Rasiak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
