An unexpectedly hard shot by Stasio Czermak in the 6th minute of play forced AZS Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Beniamin Pincoski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TS Sparta Tarnobrzeg's Artur Chlebek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademir de Toledo in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of AZS Bydgoszcz booed when TS Sparta Tarnobrzeg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kazimierz Drozdowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doriva Torres came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Beniamin Pincoski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute, TS Sparta Tarnobrzeg's Doriva Torres ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Beniamin Pincoski. Beniamin Pincoski yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 48 minutes into the match, AZS Bydgoszcz's goal looked a bit too open when Doriva Torres came free, but Beniamin Pincoski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Artur Chlebek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Pisarcik in the 54th minute of play. Beniamin Pincoski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Torres's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Beniamin Pincoski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doriva Torres in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute Stasio Czermak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beniamin Pincoski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
