Hansdorf SSA's Sebastian Kicia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wieslaw Karbowski in the 14th minute of play. When Grzegorz Glozor fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hansdorf SSA's protests and gave Grzegorz Glozor a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when Hansdorf SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Glozor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Wladyslaw Rostow successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 25 minutes into the match, KKS Lech Poznań's Igor Puszynski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Kicia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KKS Lech Poznań's supporters rose to their feet, but Zula Marciewicz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Kicia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of KKS Lech Poznań booed when Hansdorf SSA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wincenty Zdrojewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Kicia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Pedro Koehler in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Zé Pedro Koehler left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KKS Lech Poznań fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Wladyslaw Rostow took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislaw Major, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute of the match Hansdorf SSA got a corner. KKS Lech Poznań's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustaw Barniszke ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Hansdorf SSA's Gustaw Barniszke to fire away a dangerous shot which Wladyslaw Rostow despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. KKS Lech Poznań's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
