Roch Biraga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Boruc Haszczak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to FIGHTERS JELCZ-LASKOWICE getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Dawid Wierzcholek hit a great ball. In the 26th minute of the match Patryk Trojanowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Boruc Haszczak showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 36th minute, Czeslaw Sedzikowski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Roch Biraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 played minutes FIGHTERS JELCZ-LASKOWICE got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Bronkala. When Sylwester Kiszkiel fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FIGHTERS JELCZ-LASKOWICE's protests and gave Sylwester Kiszkiel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 45th minute, Sylwester Kiszkiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magno Pontes was the one to do the kick off. If Roch Biraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boruc Haszczak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurii Sanok's Ksawery Maurycy was substituted for Karol Banan. After 88 played minutes FIGHTERS JELCZ-LASKOWICE got a freekick which was hit by Benedykt Fujara. Wincenty Napierkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Haszczak having to interfere. After 95 played minutes FIGHTERS JELCZ-LASKOWICE got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Sedzikowski. Kurii Sanok were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
