Zygmunt Golembiewski's late challenge caught a Bochowo SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. But to his dismay, Robert Smuskiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Fryderyk Gacki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugeniusz Pawelczyk was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. 47 minutes into the game, Ryszard Brzeszczak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Eugeniusz Pawelczyk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Bochowo SA were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Krasnostav to leave the ground with a draw.
