The referee showed Robert Pionek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Cosel SSA's Robert Pionek got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Szczepan Lerych fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Money Trees Tychy's protests and gave Szczepan Lerych a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cosel SSA booed when Money Trees Tychy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Szczepan Lerych didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Money Trees Tychy's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Pionek came free, but Napoleon Tyski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Cosel SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Jazwiec to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Robert Pionek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Napoleon Tyski was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. The Cosel SSA supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cosel SSA would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
