Krzysztof Ciempa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Örjan Kjellberg during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. United Retman's Gonzalo Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomir Trzemzalski in the 13th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Edward Grocholski was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pieróg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave United Retman the free kick. After 18 played minutes Pieróg got a freekick which was hit by Edward Grocholski. Gonzalo Urtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludomir Trzemzalski in the 27th minute of the match. Gonzalo Urtun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Krzysztof Ciempa went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. United Retman's Gonzalo Urtun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save United Retman from getting a goal against them. Walery Fujarczuk hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Pieróg's Gonzalo Urtun threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ludomir Trzemzalski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Krzysztof Ciempa to strike the kick off in the second half. Tadeusz Kaczynski took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzalo Urtun. Gonzalo Urtun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. United Retman's Örjan Kjellberg got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Trzemzalski in the 67th minute of play forced United Retman's goalkeeper Gonzalo Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krzysztof Ciempa took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gonzalo Urtun. Gonzalo Urtun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. When Tadeusz Kaczynski came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Pieróg fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeusz Kaczynski couldn't finish the play. Gonzalo Urtun didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ludomir Trzemzalski went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 80 minutes into the match, United Retman's goal looked a bit too open when Ludomir Trzemzalski came free, but Gonzalo Urtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludomir Trzemzalski in the 92nd minute of play forced United Retman's goalkeeper Gonzalo Urtun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute Ludomir Trzemzalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzalo Urtun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, United Retman's goal looked a bit too open when Krzysztof Ciempa came free, but Gonzalo Urtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 97 in the game by Behçet Terzioğlu from a close distance when the talented Hugo Svensson managed to make a qualified save. Pieróg's players were relieved. Pieróg's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
