Leon Ewertowski's late challenge caught a F.C. West Coast's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leon Ewertowski helped the player get up and apologised. In the 66th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Ewertowski to maneuver through the defense. West Coast's Emil Kowalski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Ewertowski in the 87th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, F.C. West Coast's goal looked a bit too open when Boleslaw Majerowicz came free, but Emil Kowalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
