Mufflon Rouge's Robert Burdzel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lech Zatorski in the 21st minute of play. After 22 minutes, Borys Fleszar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mufflon Rouge and the Juzek Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Mufflon Rouge got a freekick which was hit by Borys Fleszar. Jerzy Poreda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Janusz Nigbor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 52 minutes into the match, Andrzej Bulkiewicz notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Juzek Team's Janusz Nigbor. The supporters of Mufflon Rouge booed when Juzek Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eli Shukakidze didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Juzek Team's Robert Burdzel threw himself towards the right post 88 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Waldemar Czeszejko, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 91st minute Tymoteusz Dobilas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janusz Nigbor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Mufflon Rouge players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
