But to his dismay, Teofil Pietras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miroslaw Miecznikowski during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Rymotechnicy's Miroslaw Miecznikowski got a free kick in the 24th minute. Muhammet Sanal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Meiwa FC's Lucjan Mentis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Chrzan in the 26th minute of play. Damian Glogowski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Lucjan Mentis came out and tried to block the shot, but Damian Glogowski slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 28th minute. In the 36th minute, Teofil Pietras left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Meiwa FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Jedrzej Giejda kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Lucjan Mentis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Glogowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes Rymotechnicy got a freekick which was hit by Damian Glogowski. 91 minutes into the game, one of Rymotechnicy:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Barnaba Bielejewski placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Pietras in the 94th minute of play forced Rymotechnicy's goalkeeper Zbyszko Zagrodny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rymotechnicy were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
