Octavian Alucai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wincenty Skirzynski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Meder charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valentin Meder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Stal Rzeszów Hooligans's Kazimierz Nikodemski got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 17 played minutes Stal Rzeszów Hooligans got a freekick which was hit by Kryspin Charlos. After having played for 19 minutes, Jurand Rasiak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Trzebusz's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jurand Rasiak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Stal Rzeszów Hooligans getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Måns Eliasson hit a great ball. Octavian Alucai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Charlos, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 24 played minutes Trzebusz got a freekick which was hit by Jurand Rasiak. 27 minutes into the match, Trzebusz's goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Charlos came free, but Octavian Alucai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roland Madajczyk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Norbert Olejarz firmly grabbed it by the left post. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jurand Rasiak couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the game, Adam Ikalewicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Stal Rzeszów Hooligans's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trzebusz the free kick. The supporters of Stal Rzeszów Hooligans booed when Trzebusz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastian Wittwer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kazimierz Nikodemski's late challenge caught a Trzebusz's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kazimierz Nikodemski helped the player get up and apologised. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 88th match minute, Stal Rzeszów Hooligans was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Måns Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. 90 minutes into the game, Axel Widberg threw the ball into play from the sideline. Trzebusz's Olaf Lewicki quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 90th minute Jurand Rasiak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Norbert Olejarz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Madajczyk scored 2-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Norbert Olejarz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trzebusz's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
