In the 14th minute, Mateusz Sobania left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pogoń Świerzawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 16 minutes into the game, Américo Queiroz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Leon Hoffman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Liviu Dugulescu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pogoń Świerzawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Liviu Dugulescu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Hoffman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alari Savisaar in the 22ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emil Radzyminski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 23rd minute, Alari Savisaar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Landau SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Leon Hoffman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Américo Queiroz in the 30th minute of the match. Mateusz Sobania struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Leon Hoffman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pogoń Świerzawa. Igor Pietrowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Emil Radzyminski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Landau SA's Igor Pietrowski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Boleslaw Makowski in the 37 minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alari Savisaar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Igor Pietrowski hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Leszek Ewertowski kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Landau SA's goal looked a bit too open when Mateusz Sobania came free, but Leon Hoffman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leon Hoffman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateusz Sobania in the 59th minute of play. Iwo Grondzki's late challenge caught a Landau SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iwo Grondzki helped the player get up and apologised. Iwo Grondzki kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 78 minutes into the game, Edward Walczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Landau SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pogoń Świerzawa the free kick. After a rather tough play, Landau SA's Edward Walczyk got a free kick in the 78th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateusz Sobania in the 81st minute of play forced Landau SA's goalkeeper Leon Hoffman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Hoffman came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pogoń Świerzawa's Boleslaw Makowski. But to his dismay, Boleslaw Makowski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Zula Dranka took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leon Hoffman. Landau SA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Emil Radzyminski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alari Savisaar in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96th minute Mateusz Sobania shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Hoffman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
