Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) Januschkau's Dominik Piechocki started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Barnaba Sedzikowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfikar Tuğaltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zülfikar Tuğaltan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludomil Topolski, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Bernard Fetor hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Zülfikar Tuğaltan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan Logewnik in the 6th minute of play. Zülfikar Tuğaltan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Barnaba Sedzikowski in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Topolski. After 14 minutes, Beniamin Paciuszko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Januschkau and the Legia Warszawa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute Ludomil Topolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zülfikar Tuğaltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ludomil Topolski took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zülfikar Tuğaltan. Zülfikar Tuğaltan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dominik Piechocki in the 27th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Mieszko Burufski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barnaba Sedzikowski in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zülfikar Tuğaltan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zülfikar Tuğaltan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Pietrowiak, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Januschkau's Zülfikar Tuğaltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Topolski in the 39th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Januschkau's Bernard Fetor got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After the first half Legia Warszawa were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Barnaba Sedzikowski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Torbjörn Thielemann kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michal Wodaszak in the 53rd minute of play forced Januschkau's goalkeeper Zülfikar Tuğaltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 played minutes Januschkau got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Reilly. Dominik Piechocki kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Januschkau's Zülfikar Tuğaltan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Januschkau from getting a goal against them. Mieszko Burufski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Piechocki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beniamin Paciuszko lost his temper 69 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 70 played minutes Januschkau got a freekick which was hit by Beniamin Paciuszko. In the 71st minute, Jan Logewnik got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Torbjörn Thielemann during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Legia Warszawa booed when Januschkau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fryderyk Chmielecki didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes Januschkau got a freekick which was hit by Torbjörn Thielemann. Januschkau's Zülfikar Tuğaltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludomil Topolski in the 87th minute of play. Zülfikar Tuğaltan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludomil Topolski in the 92nd minute of play. Michal Wodaszak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zülfikar Tuğaltan having to interfere. Legia Warszawa's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
