With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabian Rode prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fabian Rode showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marian Sitko, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Jakub Puchlik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fabian Rode showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakub Puchlik, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Jimmy Hellström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Fabian Rode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th match minute, Steegen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwidon Brysz to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Marian Sitko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Steegen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Steegen's Marcin Chlapowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Plucinik in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Wildfrieden SSA booed when Steegen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gwidon Brysz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Steegen's Jimmy Hellström got a free kick in the 24th minute. Cezary Sala struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Marcin Chlapowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wildfrieden SSA. Marcin Chlapowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezary Sala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 minutes of play, Steegen's Tobiasz Bochinski made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabian Rode was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcin Chlapowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cezary Sala in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cezary Sala was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Wildfrieden SSA's Zenon Wierzbicki got a free kick in the 50th minute. 52 minutes into the match, Steegen's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Osielski came free, but Marcin Chlapowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Beniamin Kempski during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Wildfrieden SSA getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Beniamin Kempski hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Tobiasz Bochinski took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Fabian Rode to make any attempt to save it. Edmund Lizewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Fabian Rode tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tobiasz Bochinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juliusz Latkiewicz hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. When Steegen's Edmund Lizewski in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wildfrieden SSA's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Steegen's Edmund Lizewski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fabian Rode. That made the score 0-6 after 80 minutes of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Edmund Lizewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Wildfrieden SSA's Fabian Rode was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Edmund Lizewski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Fabian Rode skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 89 minutes, Tobiasz Bochinski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Steegen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tobiasz Bochinski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Wildfrieden SSA's goalkeeper Fabian Rode had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmund Lizewski. Marcin Chlapowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Osielski in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Piotr Osielski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcin Chlapowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Wildfrieden SSA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Steegen were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
