Spectators: 6641 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1641, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Waldemar Ferfecki started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Canthen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klement Pahucki to maneuver through the defense. Canthen's Konstanty Mnich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Dobilas in the 3rd minute of play. Konstanty Mnich stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adam Dobilas's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Jaks in the 7th minute of play forced Legia Warszawa's goalkeeper Dariusz Sobczak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konstanty Mnich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Ferfecki in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Stasio Bartocha reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dariusz Sobczak. The goal made the score 1-0. Hieronim Jaks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Sobczak having to interfere. Konstanty Mnich came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Legia Warszawa's Adam Dobilas. But to his dismay, Adam Dobilas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After some careless play in the Canthen defense, Adam Dobilas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Konstanty Mnich. The Canthen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Konstanty Mnich should have stopped the shot. If Waldemar Ferfecki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Aleksander Dziewulski fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Canthen's protests and gave Aleksander Dziewulski a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Aleksander Dziewulski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 30 minutes into the match, Canthen's goal looked a bit too open when Waldemar Ferfecki came free, but Konstanty Mnich reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Sobczak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hieronim Jaks in the 32nd minute of play. Waldemar Ferfecki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zbyszko Nieruchliwy to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute, Fryderyk Patrylo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gwidon Zacharzewski hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Hieronim Jaks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dariusz Sobczak having to interfere. 47 minutes into the game, Waldemar Ferfecki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Konstanty Mnich was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hieronim Jaks was the one to do the kick off. Canthen's Aleksander Dziewulski managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Carter Verdone in the 53 minute of the game. In the 55thth minute of the game Hieronim Jaks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legia Warszawa's Dariusz Sobczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Legia Warszawa's Fryderyk Patrylo suffered a concussion in the 57th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Aleksander Dziewulski was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 57 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Canthen's Aleksander Dziewulski got a free kick in the 58th minute. With a little luck, Canthen's Konstanty Mnich got control of the ball when Waldemar Ferfecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. Canthen's Konstanty Mnich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Ferfecki in the 64th minute of play. Boruc Szel's late challenge caught a Canthen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boruc Szel helped the player get up and apologised. Canthen's Konstanty Mnich played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldemar Ferfecki in the 79th minute of play. Konstanty Mnich showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Ferfecki, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Canthen's Tobiasz Kalak got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adam Dobilas's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Konstanty Mnich firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hieronim Jaks made in the 95th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tobiasz Kalak however managed to control. The Legia Warszawa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Legia Warszawa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
