Damazy Sidorowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tolek Drebit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zachariasz Cuber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damazy Sidorowicz having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Zachariasz Cuber had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Damazy Sidorowicz. Boguciczanka Katowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zachariasz Cuber was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 21 minutes, Stefan Kostrzewa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zagłębie Zlota and the Boguciczanka Katowice players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st minute, one of Zagłębie Zlota:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Zagłębie Zlota. Slawomir Major scored 2-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Stefan Domaradzki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stefan Domaradzki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Slawomir Major in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Slawomir Major managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boguciczanka Katowice's supporters rose to their feet, but Slawomir Major was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stefan Domaradzki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Leonard Chlebek charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. For all the effort they put into the match, the Zagłębie Zlota players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Boguciczanka Katowice.
