Boruc Kolbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilbert Bojanowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Rybczyzna's Edmund Wielowiejski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastian Skrzypek. That made the score 1-0 after 18 minutes of play. In the 21st minute, Arkadiusz Wlodyga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Feint Opole fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Rybczyzna's attentive Korneliusz Dylla managed to snatch the ball when Juliusz Domaradzki made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. The supporters of Feint Opole booed when Rybczyzna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korneliusz Dylla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilbert Bojanowski in the 73rd minute of play forced Rybczyzna's goalkeeper Boruc Kolbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 78 minutes, Boruc Kolbe successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 82 minutes into the match, Rybczyzna's goal looked a bit too open when Gilbert Bojanowski came free, but Boruc Kolbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rybczyzna's Korneliusz Dylla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Juliusz Domaradzki, made in the 85th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Feint Opole's zone, Iwan Duszenski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Skrzypek came out of the goal and Iwan Duszenski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmund Wielowiejski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Skrzypek having to interfere. Boruc Kolbe had great luck who in the 93rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Gilbert Bojanowski from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The Rybczyzna manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Feint Opole to win.
