In the 75th minute, Iwo Skoroda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leon Pankowski in the 77th minute of play forced Anwil Włocławek's goalkeeper Krzysztof Frodyma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mikolaj Kensicki got free with Marek Gniewek in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
