Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Zdzislaw Poniewaz got the match started through his kick off. In the 7th minute Grubno were awarded a corner. Emil Gacek went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Grubno's Marek Gruchacz to fire away a dangerous shot which Aleksander Gierlach despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eugeniusz Grondzki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aleksander Gierlach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Liche Zwieracze's Witold Blicharz got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Radowit Zbydniowski kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Liche Zwieracze's Witold Blicharz got a free kick in the 28th minute. Aleksander Gierlach had great luck who in the 31stth minute grab hold of the ball when Zdzislaw Poniewaz from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witold Blicharz in the 33rd minute of play forced Grubno's goalkeeper Borys Dziatkowicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aleksander Gierlach stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marek Gruchacz's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Zdzislaw Poniewaz struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Aleksander Gierlach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grubno. 40 minutes into the match, Grubno's Zdzislaw Poniewaz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aleksander Gierlach narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aleksander Gierlach showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Poniewaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, Liche Zwieracze's Dariusz Cipinski got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Witold Blicharz to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Radowit Zbydniowski in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aleksander Gierlach saved Liche Zwieracze from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Marek Gruchacz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aureliusz Iwanowski got free with Borys Dziatkowicz in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 70 minutes into the match, Liche Zwieracze's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Gruchacz came free, but Aleksander Gierlach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dariusz Cipinski charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dariusz Cipinski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dariusz Cipinski hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 80 minutes into the match, Zdzislaw Poniewaz notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Liche Zwieracze's Aleksander Gierlach. Aleksander Gierlach was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zdzislaw Poniewaz hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. If Aureliusz Iwanowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Grubno's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aureliusz Iwanowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Grubno's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
