Spectators: 6689 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gustaw Wincek started the match with the kick off. Zbigniew Czekaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Hetman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olgierd Zielinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Per Deckbergh having to make a save. After 8 played minutes Kiszki got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Betonowy. After a defensive mix-up in Chemik Czarnków's zone, Gustaw Wincek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Per Deckbergh came out of the goal and Gustaw Wincek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes into the match, Olgierd Zielinski notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Chemik Czarnków's Per Deckbergh. Per Deckbergh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zbigniew Czekaj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iwo Hejza, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Kiszki's Zbigniew Czekaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Bycofski in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iwo Hejza in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zbigniew Czekaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 30th minute, Iwo Hejza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Iwo Hejza came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Chemik Czarnków fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iwo Hejza couldn't finish the play. Iwo Hejza scored 1-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zbigniew Czekaj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Jakub Dembowski fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kiszki's protests and gave Jakub Dembowski a yellow card for diving instead. Emil Hetman placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! An unexpectedly hard shot by Iwo Hejza in the 45th minute of play forced Kiszki's goalkeeper Zbigniew Czekaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iwo Hejza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Zbigniew Czekaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Iwo Hejza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Kiszki's goal looked a bit too open when Iwo Hejza came free, but Zbigniew Czekaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwo Hejza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zbigniew Czekaj read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. With a little luck, Kiszki's Zbigniew Czekaj got control of the ball when Tanek Bycofski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kiszki's Bernard Zuraw got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute Gustaw Wincek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Kiszki's goalkeeper Zbigniew Czekaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tanek Bycofski. Gustaw Wincek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olgierd Zielinski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aleksander Ochylskis short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Zbigniew Czekaj to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kiszki's Zbigniew Czekaj proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Kiszki from getting a goal against them. Zbigniew Czekaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iwo Hejza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute, Aleksander Ochylski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chemik Czarnków fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Aleksander Ochylskis short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Zbigniew Czekaj to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Aleksander Ochylski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Chemik Czarnków could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Kiszki throughout the match.
