Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Wlodzimierz Weyna started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in WKS ŚLĄSK's zone, Beniamin Lenertej stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waclaw Nigbor came out of the goal and Beniamin Lenertej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Beniamin Lenertej recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wlodzimierz Weyna hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Beniamin Lenertej took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waclaw Nigbor. Waclaw Nigbor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Wlodzimierz Weyna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Nigbor having to interfere. Waclaw Nigbor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wlodzimierz Weyna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 played minutes Ponary got a freekick which was hit by Zbigniew Debowski. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Radowit Bentkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot. WKS ŚLĄSK's supporters rose to their feet, but Radowit Bentkowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wladyslaw Dziurowicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jan Awizo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wladyslaw Dziurowicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Awizo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Ponary's goal looked a bit too open when Radowit Bentkowski came free, but Wladyslaw Dziurowicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waclaw Nigbor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 47 minutes into the match, WKS ŚLĄSK's goal looked a bit too open when Wlodzimierz Weyna came free, but Waclaw Nigbor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jan Awizo made a kick off. If Wlodzimierz Weyna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Beniamin Lenertej came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ponary fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Beniamin Lenertej couldn't finish the play. A collision led to WKS ŚLĄSK getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Emil Poreda hit a great ball. Robert Gerlach hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Wlodzimierz Weyna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Awizo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Wladyslaw Dziurowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Beniamin Lenertej fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Waclaw Nigbor having to interfere. Wladyslaw Dziurowicz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when WKS ŚLĄSK's Radowit Bentkowski shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A collision led to WKS ŚLĄSK getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Stasio Kasprzykowski hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bogdan Marciewicz during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th match minute, WKS ŚLĄSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kazimierz Wawak to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Wlodzimierz Weyna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ponary fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. There was no doubt that Ponary were the better team. Ponary's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
